How to order a custom Qaspeq:
I request that all fabric be picked from Liberty of London or Joann Fabric website.
Copy and paste the link into the custom request form below and state your size and need done by date.
When choosing your fabric, I will purchase yards according to your requested size (ie size 5X will require about 5-6 yards). You must remain in contact through email so I can include you in my process.
Every qaspeq will be traditional. Any questions please email me at madebymariealaska@gmail.com
Trademarking & Copyrights
All styled Qaspaqs in my version are subject to copyright policies. Any copying must credit my style or asked for permission.
Earrings handmade by me and the images of them shall not be duplicated or copied without my permission.
Custom Logo Requests:
All custom logo requests can be traded with Indigenous kin for items or paid for. Each custom takes about a month to design and draw. The design I create for you can be bought and not owned by me. Please do credit my work.
PRICES:
Base Price (Non-Refundable): $100
Logo Design: $200
Expedite Fee: $150
Logo Design & Trademark Transfer: $200
Purchasing Trademark & Transfer fees for designs created including drafts would cancel any future profits or permissions needed from Forget Me Knots or Owner, Marie Tinker. Designs purchased without trademark and transfer designs require permission and agreeable profit percentage agreement with Forget Me Knots before use.
*All work must be paid for in full before designing. You must have a rough sketch or vision board ready. I will no longer create a design from “thin air”.
Create and Cancel Policy: any creations that are made in draft or finalized and then cancelled are still to be paid in full and non refunded.
Shipping & Refunds
All completed orders will take 5-7 business days to ship. Tracking and insurance will be available for each order.
Refunds will not be issued by me unless I'm at fault. Once the order is shipped the tracking information is for you to file a missing package report. Once you know it's missing, file the report and work with USPS on retrieving your order. If they cannot find your package, they will refund you. I will no longer provide refunds for missing packages, in-transit orders are out of my control. I've refunded missing packages before, only for them to be delivered anyway and item is then deemed stolen and I will block you from ordering from my shop.
